Specify the open frame around its elongated vertical slots, bent wall regions and open-ended perimeter. The dark example provides visible geometry for a sheet component, without establishing actual alloy, thickness, powder-coating chemistry or the scope of a completed electrical enclosure.
Locate slots and edge cutouts from assembly datums
Provide flat and formed views with sections through the wall relationships. Dimension slot patterns, contact faces and clearances from the adjoining structure, identifying covers or mating panels where they control installation. List any included inserts, fasteners or other pieces separately rather than treating the frame image as a supplied kit.
- Reference the slotted frame and mating revisions.
- Choose actual sheet alloy, condition and thickness.
- Dimension slots, walls and open-edge contacts.
- Define cutting, stamping, bends and selected finish.
- Agree finished-frame and application acceptance.
Select metal and the actual manufacturing plan
Aluminum and steel require separate grade and condition choices, supported by requested material records. Define laser cutting, stamping, bending and necessary secondary work for the controlled geometry. A title combining these services does not establish a universal sequence or prove every operation was performed on the example.
Inspect interfaces after the chosen coating
Specify the compatible surface system, color, masking and appearance criteria, then mark tolerances with units and final measurement conditions at mounting contacts. Actual load, sealing, electrical or environmental requirements need operating conditions and applicable tests for the frame and the intended assembly.
Include STEP, STP or PDF drawings, component quantities and required inspection documentation. Keep supplied hardware and completed-equipment qualification explicit; historical factory or ISO wording is not independent evidence of current ownership or applicable certification.
