Cylindrical shoulder meeting a flat mounting area
The component examples combine a stepped cylindrical end with a milled flat section containing two holes. The transition between the turned and flat areas should be specified with the hole pattern so the ordered component fits its adjoining parts.
Features to define on the drawing
- Turned diameters, shoulder positions and overall length.
- Flat-section thickness, end profile and transition shape.
- Hole diameters, depths and locations from the assembly references.
Dmetal-200464 lists aluminum alloy and customized sizes. Anodized, oxide or powder-coated finishes can be reviewed with any required masking on fitted surfaces. Provide PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP files, quantities and revision. The listed minimum order is 100 pieces; include the dimensions requiring final inspection.
