The S2306 2407R example is a channel-style sheet metal form with rows of side holes, mounting tabs and a cutout in the top face. Its open side allows the surrounding assembly to define the required internal space. Custom steel, stainless steel and aluminum parts are listed for OEM enquiries.
Dimension the formed housing
Provide the overall width, depth and height, the sheet thickness and the bend locations. Show the perforation pattern and the position of the top cutout relative to the mounting tabs. Identify which holes serve as locating or fixing interfaces so that the inspection plan follows the actual assembly requirements.
Stamping and CNC bending equipment are listed. Specify the desired finish and color, including any faces or holes requiring a controlled finished condition. The black example does not identify the metal grade or coating specification.
Order definition
Include the current drawing, quantity and any mating-panel information. Clarify whether the supply is the formed housing alone or includes additional pieces. Agree edge condition, final dimensional acceptance and packaging protection for bent tabs before production.
