Locate the internal mounting points
This base tray has folded side flanges, an offset outline, a large oblong access opening and several raised mounting points. Show the mating component layout so the mounting-point positions and access clearances can be reviewed together.
For an OEM or ODM steel or aluminum sheet metal enquiry, specify the grade and thickness, flange heights and any fitted-hardware details. Include the dimensions of the oblong opening, edge reliefs and fixing holes.
Drawings and finish
STEP, STP and PDF are listed drawing formats. Supply the current revision with quantities and the powder-coating color and finish requirements. Identify threads, contact areas or mounting surfaces that need protection during finishing. The product information lists individual packing; include any additional separation or identification needs for the order.
