Relate the outside flutes to the central bore
The example range shows hollow cylindrical parts with longitudinal grooves around their outer surfaces. Define the bore and end faces from the same axis used for the flute pattern, with the groove profile and outer diameter fully dimensioned.
Material and machining information
For stainless steel, aluminum or titanium CNC machining enquiries, specify the alloy and material condition. Identify the turned surfaces and the grooves or other details requiring milling, with tolerances for the actual mating interfaces.
