Trays with five round openings
The blue tray example has two larger circular openings and three smaller ones in its base. Folded walls and outward mounting flanges surround the face, with additional fixing holes at the sides. Model DML240901 covers custom steel and aluminum sheet metal laser cutting, bending and stamping.
Define the diameter and position of each opening relative to the finished tray. Show the wall heights, flange widths, fixing-hole layout and sheet thickness. A mating-component drawing can help establish the clearances needed around the large openings.
Complete the custom specification
Select the material grade and surface finish for the actual order. Powder coating can be specified in black, white or a custom color, including any masking around attachment points or mating faces. The pictured blue surface is one example of the requested appearance.
STEP, STP and PDF drawings are accepted for electronics parts. The listed minimum order quantity is 100, with individual packing. Include the revision and quantity, plus any separate hardware or assembly scope, when requesting a quotation.
