An upright panel and a long perforated foot form the angle bracket illustrated in this listing. Rows of round holes extend across both faces, with narrow folded edges and small projecting tabs around the profile. Locate the holes across both faces
The drawing should establish reference surfaces for the upright face and the foot. Dimension the hole pattern from those references and show the finished relationship between the faces. Include tab positions, flange heights and the clearance needed for adjoining components or fasteners.
If a hole requires an insert, a thread or another fastening feature, define that detail separately. The example image shows fastening features but does not provide their size or installation specification.
Bending and stamping requirements
CNC bending and stamping equipment are included in the manufacturing information. Provide sheet thickness, material designation and required edge condition with the drawing. Identify whether the bracket is supplied alone or with hardware, and state the requested quantity. Any mounting alignment or load-related acceptance criteria should be reviewed for the particular design.
