S2307 injection molding supports custom plastic part shapes, dimensions and colors. The plate-like examples have openings, projecting posts and clip features that should be defined by the assembly drawing. PA66, PP, ABS and PC are resin options for review, with a matte surface and optional cutting or painting requirements.
Locate the clips and posts from assembly datums
For the S2307 mounting plate, identify the faces that locate the component and dimension the clip and post positions from those references. Include the apertures and any mating-piece details needed to assess the connection. Confirm which fasteners or companion parts are included in the supply proposal and which belong to the surrounding assembly.
Define the connection requirements for the selected resin
Choose the required resin grade and describe the way the plate is assembled, removed or retained in service. Specify the critical fit dimensions and the acceptance requirements for the clip features. Material choice should be reviewed for the actual design; a photograph does not establish a retention force, repeated-use life or universal compatibility.
Agree the color reference, matte surfaces and any post-molding operations for the S2307 part. The quotation request should include the drawing revision, requested quantity and the inspection points that control assembly. Applicable material and compliance documents can then be checked against the ordered configuration.
