Identify the requested bracket or adjoining component individually from the assortment. The black examples include bracket-like bars, caps, cylindrical forms and conical pieces. Two bars have projecting cylindrical regions. Their grouping does not establish a supplied kit, common resin or a shared mounting and load requirement.
Define the bracket within its actual assembly
Provide individual drawings that locate fixing regions, openings and contact surfaces from functional datums. Identify the adjoining components and any clearance or retention requirements. Distinguish caps and sleeves from bracket bodies, with separate item references and quantities where more than one form is required.
Select resin and molding scope per component
PA66, PP, ABS and PC are material options for separate selection. Specify the actual grade, required condition and color reference for each item. Define matt appearance and any cutting or painting where needed; a common black surface cannot verify a shared polymer or finishing plan.
- Identify each bracket, cap or sleeve configuration.
- Provide its drawing and mating-interface geometry.
- Select exact resin grade and supplied condition.
- Define appearance and any included hardware.
- Agree dimensional and functional acceptance checks.
Inspect the molded mounting interfaces
Mark drawing tolerances with units and measurement conditions at the working contacts. If a bracket supports force or retains another part, provide actual service conditions and suitable tests. Neither its name nor the grouped photograph establishes allowable load or installation compatibility.
Include quantities and requested material or inspection records. Keep the quotation schedule aligned with the individual component definitions so assorted examples cannot be mistaken for a complete tested assembly.
