Define each mounting piece through its actual connection geometry. The black examples overlap: one has an elongated body with rectangular recesses and holes, while the other has a rounded outline with two circular openings. Their arrangement does not establish a complete supplied assembly, a hinge function or allowable loading.

Identify the mating faces and openings

Provide individual component drawings with sections, fixing-hole locations and installation datums. Show the adjoining parts and any required engagement or clearance. Specify whether the two forms are ordered together or separately, and identify any hardware required for the actual connection.

• Reference each mounting-piece drawing and revision.
• Locate holes, recesses and contact surfaces.
• Choose actual PA6, PP or separately agreed resin.
• Specify color, matt appearance and supplied hardware.
• Agree fit, retention and final inspection criteria.

Select the polymer rather than a general menu

PA6 and PP are distinct material choices. PA66 and other listed polymers need their own grade and condition requirements rather than being treated as substitutes without review. Define actual formulation and supporting material records for the component, with any secondary cutting specified on the controlled geometry.

Set acceptance against the installation drawing

Mark dimensional tolerances with units and final measurement conditions. If the component carries force or retains another part, provide actual service conditions and the required functional tests. Appearance establishes neither grade-specific performance nor compatibility with an existing installation.

Include quantities and requested inspection documents with the enquiry. Define the actual component and supplied scope so quotations can be assessed against the same drawing-based requirement.
