Define the spool-like form through its paired circular flanges, central barrel and axial opening. The two black examples show repeated holes around the flange faces. Their appearance helps identify the geometry, but does not establish a winding application, rotation rating, actual size or a supplied pair.

Coordinate flange faces with the central opening

Provide sections through the barrel and both flanges, with hole positions referenced to assembly datums. Identify the shaft or other mating component where applicable, and define contact, clearance or retention requirements. The photograph cannot establish an internal connection standard or finished fit.

Select ABS and the molded configuration

Specify the actual ABS grade, required condition and color reference. Other listed polymers are separate choices and need their own formulation requirements. Define matt appearance and any cutting or painting where required, rather than assuming every service option forms part of the manufacturing plan.

Accept the component for its intended duty

Mark tolerances with units and final inspection conditions at the axial opening, flange faces and fixing features. If rotation, load or environmental exposure matters, provide actual operating conditions and suitable acceptance methods. The visible form does not prove those performance characteristics.
