Define the open channel component through its central length and raised end regions. The blue, yellow, green and red examples provide several surface appearances of elongated forms. Their colors do not establish actual resin grade, identical dimensions, a supplied set or a particular load-bearing function.

Locate the end regions from the channel section

Provide sections and the actual component length on controlled drawings. Identify the adjoining parts, contact faces and clearance requirements at each end. State whether inserts or fixing hardware are included, with separate definitions for differing channel configurations rather than treating every pictured color as one interchangeable version.

Select the polymer and molded finish

ABS, PP and PC are separate material directions, with other listed plastics selected individually. Specify the actual grade and required condition for the order. Define color reference, matt appearance and any secondary cutting or painting where needed; photographs cannot establish a precise shade or common treatment chemistry.

Include controlled geometry and requested material or inspection documentation. Keep the quotation schedule tied to individual drawings so the proposed delivery can be checked against the intended channel arrangement.
