Define the hollow T-like component through its connecting regions and smaller upper fixing hole. The yellow example provides a form reference, but does not establish ABS, nylon or PC chemistry. It also cannot verify fire retardancy, a flame-test class or suitability for electrical or pressure service.
Specify the connection and spare-part interfaces
Provide sections, actual opening dimensions and adjoining-component drawings. Locate the upper hole and contact regions from assembly datums. If the component is a replacement, identify the original part reference and required revision rather than assuming compatibility from a similar outline.
Define any fire-retardant material requirement explicitly
Select the actual ABS, PC or nylon grade and required condition. Where fire behavior matters, specify the applicable test method, acceptance classification, material condition and relevant specimen or component scope. A fire-retardant phrase in a title is a sourcing requirement, not independent evidence that the photographed sample has passed a test.
Accept the molded component for its actual duty
Locate the hollow connecting regions and upper fixing hole within stated dimensional limits, identifying units and the molded condition for measurement. Define color reference and appearance requirements for the chosen formulation. Any electrical, pressure, mechanical or environmental requirement needs actual service conditions and applicable evidence beyond the image and product name.
- Identify the T-like component and mating drawings.
- Dimension openings, contacts and upper fixing hole.
- Select exact resin and any flame-test requirement.
- Define color and replacement-part references.
- Agree dimensional and material acceptance evidence.
Include quantities, controlled geometry, individual drawing revisions and required material documentation. Keep test scope and exact formulation selection explicit when comparing proposed injection-molding plans.
