Choose the individual component needed from the black bracket, cap and sleeve examples. The image also includes conical forms and bar-shaped mounting pieces. Similar surface appearance does not establish a supplied set, exact resin formulation or interchangeable interfaces between the different configurations.
Assign a controlled definition to each form
Provide the component drawing and the adjoining-part geometry where fit is important. Locate openings, fixing features and contact surfaces from assembly datums. State whether any insert, pin or other hardware is included, and distinguish separate pieces from integral molded features on the controlled geometry.
Specify ABS and the appearance reference
ABS is a service direction for this enquiry; other listed polymers require separate grade and condition selections. Define the actual formulation and required material documentation. Provide the chosen Pantone or RAL reference and appearance criteria where applicable, rather than expecting a photograph to establish precise color matching.
Inspect the final molded component
Mark tolerances with units, datums and final measurement conditions. Specify matt finish and any cutting or painting only where the component requires them. Any mechanical, environmental or compliance requirement needs applicable evidence for the actual material and intended installation.
- Identify the bracket, cap or sleeve drawing.
- Define mating interfaces and supplied accessories.
- Choose actual ABS or another specified resin.
- Set color reference and matt-surface criteria.
- Agree interface inspection and material records.
Include quantities and individual drawing revisions with the request. Reused assortment imagery does not establish a different engineering specification for each page; use the actual order definition to distinguish the required components and acceptance scope.
