Textured cylinders with different end connections
The retained examples have textured bodies and mounting ends with holes or slots. Identify the selected end configuration and dimension it from the cylinder axis, including the body diameter, overall length and locating faces.
Turning, milling and surface finish
Specify the aluminum alloy and required texture. Show turned surfaces separately from end slots, flats and drilled features, with anodizing color and any areas requiring masking or controlled contact finish.
Provide quantities, drawing revision and mating-part information. Include inspection criteria for the finished body dimensions and the end connections.
