Open frame with internal mounting posts
The dark example has a large open center, upright walls, projecting posts and shaped openings. Define the internal clearance, post positions and connections to any panels or covers.
Specify the aluminum alloy and required blank-production route. The CNC machining and finishing list does not confirm that the frame is extruded. Mark machined holes, contact faces and end details separately.
Finishing the working interfaces
Provide quantities, anodizing requirements and masking areas. Include inspection dimensions at the posts, openings and mounting contacts. The open frame does not establish a complete supplied enclosure, electrical certification or ingress rating.
