Formed panels for a custom enclosure design
The two pictured examples have a broad central section, upright end tabs and short folded side sections. Their open profile illustrates individual enclosure or box components rather than a complete closed enclosure. Model LZX is listed for custom sheet metal stamping and bending fabrication.
Start with the panel outline and the finished position of each upright tab. Include the sheet thickness, tab width, corner reliefs and bend dimensions. Where the panel locates against a cover or another component, show the mating surfaces and the required assembly clearance.
