Knurled cylinders with slotted mounting ends
The illustrated components have textured cylindrical bodies, end features and slotted mounting tabs with cross holes. Define the complete component drawing so the turned surfaces, slot and fixing hole are located from the same references.
Specify the outer diameter and length, texture requirement, slot dimensions and hole position. Include any separate pieces or fasteners required in the supplied assembly and identify the dimensions that control fit.
Choose the material and finish combination
Aluminum, steel and brass are listed options. For plated steel or anodized aluminum enquiries, state the selected grade, surface requirement and masking on fitted areas. Provide PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP files, quantity and drawing revision. CNC turning and milling scope and final inspection requirements can then be reviewed for the chosen design.
