Radial fins around a threaded center
This example has a circular base with radial fins and cylindrical posts, a threaded opening at its center and smaller hollow mounting posts inside the fin pattern. Openings are distributed around the outer edge. Locate the mounting posts and perimeter openings from the center, and specify the central thread size, pitch and depth.
Model B11 lists aluminum die casting followed by deburring and machining, with in-house mold making and OEM or ODM service. For a custom version, define the alloy, plate dimensions, fin spacing and machining on the mating faces. Select paint, powder coating or oxidation and identify surfaces that must remain free of treatment. Include inspection requirements for threads and mounting features; the fin layout alone does not establish a heat-dissipation rating.
