Open window and longitudinal base channels
The example has a raised body with an open rectangular window, a top boss and fixing holes through the base ends. Longitudinal channels run below the base. Show the window clearance, boss position and channel fit against the mating assembly.
Model Dmetal lists CNC turning and milling with aluminum among the named materials. Provide the alloy, quantities and finished-part drawing in PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP format. Identify any turned features separately from the milled window and mounting faces. Define the requested anodized finish and surfaces requiring fit control after treatment. Agree inspection datums for the base, boss and holes before manufacture.
