CNC lathe and milling enquiries should define the relationship between turned geometry and milled details in the finished part. This service identifies aluminum alloy as the product material, with broader machining capabilities that include stainless steel, brass and other stated metals. Customized size and anodized, oxide or powder coated finish options support discussion of the required component.
Show turned and milled geometry together
For a custom CNC part, locate the diameters, shoulders and any milled surfaces in relation to the component's mounting interfaces. Include the complete finished drawing so the relationship between operations is clear. The turning and milling service should be assessed for the selected geometry, rather than treating all available machining operations as necessary on every aluminum or metal part.
Identify the material for the actual order
Aluminum alloy is identified for the pictured component, while stainless steel and brass are stated machining capabilities. Specify which metal and grade the new part requires before choosing a finish. The numerical tolerance entry is ±0.1 without a unit; provide drawing units, critical features and acceptance conditions before relying on a particular machining tolerance.
Supply a complete component specification
Accepted drawing inputs include 2D PDF or CAD and 3D IGES or STEP. Add the requested quantity, material condition and final surface treatment to the current revision. If certification documents are needed, request the applicable current evidence for the project. Confirm the CNC part's geometry and final-state measurements together so the enquiry has a defined basis for review and acceptance.
