This custom aluminum component has a stepped circular bore, a recessed rectangular opening and groups of drilled holes. Its irregular outer edge and hole pattern should be defined together, using references that connect the fitted features to the mounting faces.
Drawing details for a quotation
- Locate the bore, recess and each hole from agreed datums.
- Dimension plate thickness, step depths and the outer contour.
- Mark threads, deburring requirements and inspection points.
Aluminum alloy and customized sizes are listed, with anodized, oxide or powder-coated finish options. PDF, CAD, IGES and STEP drawing formats are accepted, and the listed minimum quantity is 100 pieces. Include alloy selection and revision with the requested quantities.
