Flange face and bore alignment
The pictured parts have short hollow cylindrical sections joined to wider round flanges, with stepped or recessed faces. Define the bore and flange from the same axis, then specify the surfaces that locate against the mating component. A section view should show the wall thickness and any internal recess.
