The example has a narrow central body, shaped outside sections, small side openings and threads near one end. Define internal clearances and the interfaces to any lens, end cap or other assembly components.
Specify alloy and finish, including any decorative pattern and working surfaces that need masking. The gold appearance does not identify the metal or coating.
Machining access and acceptance
If multi-axis work is requested, identify the features needing that access on the drawing. Include quantities and inspection criteria for threads, bores and contacts. The housing alone does not verify flashlight output, waterproofing or a machine's maximum part capacity.
