Specify the casting bracket through its actual mounting and contact geometry. The example has a curved upper bridge above a flat base, an open central space and a small opening through the curved region. Its appearance does not establish a clamping function, actual alloy or allowable installation load.
Relate the curved bridge to the base
Provide the bracket's outer contour, section thicknesses and the space beneath the bridge. Locate the small opening and contact faces from the assembly datums. Include the mating part where it determines engagement, clearance or the way the bracket is secured.
Identify any holes, machined faces or other finished interfaces required by the selected design. The photograph does not show a complete mounting specification or establish that the base fits a particular item of equipment. Define tolerances and measurement criteria for the relationships that control assembly.
Select the metal and operation scope
- Provide the bracket and mating-interface drawing revision.
- Specify the actual A380, ADC12 or agreed alloy.
- Dimension the bridge, base and opening relationships.
- Mark casting, deburring, machining and finish requirements.
- State quantities, documentation and final inspection.
The material names in the title are options to resolve into one actual order specification, not independent proof of the photographed part's grade. Agree the die-casting and secondary-work route for that metal and geometry. General model or manufacturer wording does not establish the current identity or capability of a particular supplier.
Set the actual installation acceptance
Select paint, coating or another material-appropriate treatment, with masking where it affects contact or fit. State the condition in which finished dimensions are inspected and the appearance requirements relevant to the order. If the bracket carries a defined load or performs a retaining role, provide the actual installation and acceptance criteria; a curved bridge does not prove either function or a rating. Confirm the supplied scope and any mating hardware. A useful enquiry connects one bracket drawing to its selected alloy, finishing and inspection plan rather than inferring service performance from its shape.
