Define the oval shell separately from any complete enclosed product. The pale examples show an upper handle-like opening and a large rectangular recessed or open region. One view exposes internal ribs and bosses. These features provide geometry references, but do not establish a sealing system, electrical function or a particular ABS formulation.
Coordinate the outer face and internal bosses
Provide sections that relate the perimeter, upper opening and rectangular region to the internal fixing features. Identify mating-shell geometry, inserts or fasteners where included. Distinguish a recess from an opening on the controlled drawing rather than relying on a photograph to define wall continuity.
Specify the ABS molding and appearance
Select the actual resin grade and required material condition. Define color, matt appearance and any other surface requirement with an agreed reference where needed. Mark critical dimensions and measurement conditions; a general tolerance entry does not guarantee every boss position, contact face or assembled fit.
- Identify each oval shell and mating component.
- Dimension openings, perimeter, ribs and bosses.
- Select ABS grade and molded condition.
- Define finish and any included inserts.
- Agree dimensional and application acceptance checks.
Keep enclosure qualification project-specific
Supply actual operating conditions for any sealing, mechanical, environmental or electrical requirement. Appearance alone proves no ingress-protection level, qualification result or certification. Define suitable tests and the evidence needed for the particular component or completed assembly.
Include PDF/CAD or IGES/STEP geometry, quantities and required inspection records with the enquiry. Make the delivery scope explicit if only shell components are required, with no electronics, seals or complete product included.
