The illustrated machined aluminum section has two rectangular internal cavities, a recessed channel along its upper face and rows of drilled holes. The custom component drawing should relate the cavity walls, channel and hole pattern to the faces used for mounting.

- Overall section, wall thicknesses and the two cavity openings.
- Channel width and depth, finished length and end features.
- Hole positions, diameters and references for inspection.
Dmetal-200448 is listed in aluminum alloy, with customized sizes and anodized, oxide or powder-coated finish options. Mark fitted surfaces needing masking or post-finish checks. Feature tolerances should be agreed against the complete drawing and chosen inspection method.
PDF, CAD, IGES and STEP drawing formats are listed, with a minimum order of 100 pieces. Include the selected alloy, quantities and revision when requesting quotation for the finished CNC-milled component.
