Circular outline with cutouts and fixing features
The example has a circular outer profile, shaped internal openings, raised faces and a ring of fixing holes. Define the center reference, opening contours and hole pattern together so the machined surfaces align with the mating assembly.
Model S2212 lists aluminum among the materials and 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machining capabilities. Specify the alloy, thickness, quantities and drawing tolerances for the selected plate. For bead blasting and anodized finish enquiries, define the desired texture, color and surfaces to be protected for confirmation. Finish appearance, edge treatment and critical fits should be agreed before the machining and finishing sequence is set.
