The main housing example has a deep open cavity, internal ribs, circular openings and fixing holes around its perimeter flange. Dimension the cavity and bore relationships from the mating face, including any areas requiring machining after casting.
Enclosure and pump-housing enquiry
Provide the intended assembly drawing, alloy specification and interface requirements for review. Dmetal-200113 lists aluminum, customer-required dimensions, OEM/ODM work and die casting followed by deburring and machining. Paint, powder coating and oxidation are listed surface options. Include quantities and identify sealing surfaces or other features that require specific inspection.
