Internal thread, face holes and a textured outer region
The retained ring has a large threaded bore, openings around its upper face and a textured band outside. Define those features from the same axis, including the end-face and outside-diameter steps.
Production scope follows the actual drawing
Specify the alloy, thread standard, quantities and required surface treatment. Mark turned and milled features separately, with inspection criteria for the bore and hole positions.
