Define the threaded pieces within the requested set
The examples include stepped hollow bodies, external threads, hexagonal sections and slotted ends. Select the components and give each a drawing reference so bore sizes, threads and seating faces can be checked independently.
Model 2012 lists aluminum alloy CNC parts with turning, milling and drilling, and MOQ 100. Supply PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP drawings with the alloy, quantities and inspection requirements for each piece. Identify any supplied inserts or companion hardware. Specify finishing for the chosen material and define the fits after treatment; the different photo colors do not establish a shared material or coating specification for the whole range.
Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
