Forked ends and holes referenced to the hollow body
The examples have hollow rectangular bodies, open forked ends and holes through the walls and end ears. Define the internal clearance, ear spacing and hole axes from shared datums so the part aligns with its mating components.
Model Dmetal lists CNC turning and milling, with aluminum, steel and brass named materials and copper among the machining capabilities. Supply the selected grade, quantities and drawing in PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP format. Identify any five-axis requirement for setup review rather than assuming it from the shape.
