Coordinate the outer shell with the offset bore
The examples show a hollow cylindrical form with a smaller internal tube offset from the center and a projecting feature at the rim. Specify the internal tube position, bore, shell thickness and end profile against the assembly datums.
For rapid prototype and mold review, state the selected ABS or PA66 nylon grade and the quantity needed. Model Dmetal2309 lists injection molding and cutting, PDF, STP and STEP drawings, and a minimum order of 100 pieces. Mark the fit dimensions and inspection method; prototype timing and tooling scope require review of the actual design.
