Select the actual component needed from the mixed frame and shaped-part examples. The image shows green slotted frames, a red rod-like part with a widened end and a yellow elongated part with a shaped head. The assortment does not establish shared resin, a supplied kit or a common application.
Give the frames and shaped parts separate drawings
Define each perimeter, opening, section and mounting interface on its own controlled geometry. Identify adjoining components and contact or clearance relationships. Assign individual item references and quantities so a frame requirement cannot be confused with a rod-like or headed component merely because they appear together.
- Select each required frame or shaped component.
- Provide drawings and mating-interface definitions.
- Specify actual PP, PVC, ABS or agreed resin.
- Define color, matt finish and secondary work.
- Agree acceptance checks for each individual design.
Specify material and process choices individually
The named polymers are alternatives with grade-specific requirements. State the actual formulation, required condition and material documentation for each item. Define molding, any cutting or painting and appearance criteria separately; different colors do not prove either a common polymer or a particular finish chemistry.
Evaluate the delivered parts for their intended use
Place tolerances with units and final measurement conditions on working interfaces. If a component has mechanical, environmental or compliance requirements, provide actual operating conditions and applicable evidence. Neither the mixed photograph nor a quality adjective establishes those results.
Include controlled geometry, quantities and required inspection records on the quotation schedule. Keep the proposed scope tied to individual components rather than an assumed complete assembly.
