Repeated recesses along long mating sections
The examples show long sections with shaped pockets and curved openings repeated along their length. Define the complete pattern and the relationship between mating halves, including any alignment or fastening features.
Specify the actual material and blank-production route. The dedicated aluminum-alloy and metal-capability list does not independently establish plastic machining or an extruded blank for these examples.
Finished surfaces and pattern alignment
Include quantities, length, finish and drawing revision. Mark pocket depths, spacing and contact dimensions for inspection. A separate plastic version needs a resin specification and its own requirements rather than being inferred from the general title.
