Repeated bores with openings on several faces
The pictured block has three large bores on its front face, threaded openings along the top and additional features on the side. The component drawing should show the relationship between these features, including their depths and any internal connections required by the ordered design.
Specify the outer dimensions, bore centers, thread details and inspection references. For a set enquiry, identify each part separately with its own drawing and quantity.
Finished aluminum components
Model 2012 lists aluminum alloy, custom sizes and anodized, oxide or powder-coated finishes. Mark fitted bores and threads that require masking or checks after finishing. PDF, CAD, IGES and STEP formats are listed, with a minimum order of 100 pieces. Include revisions and acceptance requirements for quotation.
