A box with mounting and access openings
The pictured box combines keyhole-shaped mounting features, smaller fixing holes and round openings in the end face. Identify each opening by function and position, and dimension it from the mounting references used in the assembly.
- Construction
- Specify the steel or stainless steel grade, sheet thickness and required box dimensions. Include the bend details and show how the cover or mating panel is attached.
- Surface
- For powder coating, state the color and finish and mark areas requiring masking. The black sample does not identify its base-metal grade or coating specification.
Send the drawing revision and quantities with the enquiry. Identify whether a complete box or separate panels are required, and mark the dimensions that must be checked after forming and finishing.
