Semicircular profile with a stepped inner face
The pictured component follows a semicircular outline and has fixing holes at both ends. A step along the inner curved face is part of the fitted geometry and should be dimensioned together with the outside profile and hole positions.
Specify the inner and outer radii, section thickness, step dimensions and fixing-hole sizes. Identify the reference faces and provide the mating profile where it determines clearance or alignment. Mark the edge condition required around the curved surfaces.
