Threaded circular parts and stepped mounting examples
The main image shows circular components with flat faces, textured outer edges and threaded center openings. Other machining examples include stepped mounting pieces with fixing holes. Identify the required component and supply its own drawing for a custom aluminum machining enquiry.
For a circular part, define the diameter, height, thread details and edge texture. For a stepped piece, dimension the mounting face, opening and outer contour from the fitted references.
Define the small features to inspect
Mark any features requiring micro machining and specify their actual dimensions and acceptance requirements. Aluminum is a listed material option, with CNC milling, drilling and turning among the services. Provide PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP files, quantity and revision. State the selected alloy, surface finish and any masking needed at threads or fitted faces.
