Define each elongated bar from its end-fixing geometry rather than its photographed color. The examples have angled or widened ends and visible holes near the end regions. Their grouping does not establish common material, identical dimensions, a supplied set or compatibility with a particular mounting arrangement.
Locate the fixing holes across the bar
Provide sections, the actual span and the relationship between the two end regions. Identify the adjoining components, contact surfaces and required clearances. Specify any inserts, threads or hardware separately and state which pieces are included in the proposed delivery.
Choose one resin specification per design
PP, PC, PVC and ABS are different material directions, not a universal formulation for every bar. State the actual grade, condition and supporting material records required for the order. Define color reference, matt appearance and any cutting or painting independently so the process scope follows the component specification.
Accept the molded bar against its mounting drawing
Mark dimensional tolerances with units and final measurement conditions at the ends, holes and working contacts. Any mechanical, environmental or functional requirement needs actual service conditions and suitable acceptance methods. A long bar shape alone does not demonstrate stiffness, allowable load or verified installation suitability.
- Identify the end-fixing bar and drawing revision.
- Dimension span, end profiles and fixing holes.
- Select exact polymer grade and required condition.
- Define appearance and any supplied hardware.
- Agree mounting checks and inspection documentation.
Include quantities and controlled geometry for each requested configuration. Separate color-only choices from actual dimensional or material differences so quotations can be evaluated against the correct component and acceptance scope.
