The main example is a complete circular component with a central opening and a groove around its outer profile. Define the bore, overall depth, groove section and edge radii together so the part can be reviewed against its mating geometry.
Resin and prototype specification
Choose the PP, PC or ABS grade for the intended design and state the color and matte appearance required. Molding, cutting and painting are listed services; any CNC prototype operations should be identified separately for assessment. Include the part revision, quantity and dimensions that control fit. No bearing function, operating speed or wear-life specification can be determined from the illustrated shape alone.
