Square outside, stepped bore inside
The main examples have square outer profiles with chamfered corners and stepped circular center openings. The custom drawing should relate the central bore to the outside faces and define the depth of each internal step.
Specify overall width and thickness, bore diameters, shoulder positions and the references used to check their alignment. Identify any fitted outer faces and mark the edges requiring deburring.
