Threads, hexagonal faces and internal openings
The example range shows threaded fitting forms with cylindrical and hexagonal features. Define each thread and bore from the fitting axis, then dimension the flats and any radial holes used for fastening or connection.
For a stainless steel or another metal requirement, specify the grade and required turning and milling operations. If the project includes sheet metal parts, provide separate drawings and thicknesses for those components.
Connection details for review
Include mating threads, finish and quantities. State the dimensional inspection and operating requirements for the actual assembly; the photographs do not define a pressure rating.
