Conical recesses around a central opening
The examples are round components with broad conical recesses and smaller center openings. Define the rotation axis and reference face, then dimension the taper, bore and outer shoulder that engage the mating assembly.
Specify the aluminum or stainless steel grade and required turning features. For a 5-axis machining enquiry, identify any additional geometry requiring multi-face access for review.
Finished-interface requirements
Include the drawing, quantities and surface treatment. Mark critical fit dimensions, contact-face finish and inspection requirements, using a current revision for the actual component.
