The illustrated enclosure is an open rectangular sheet metal body containing several internal brackets and fixing points. This fabrication enquiry should define the outside box and the internal mounting arrangement together. The listing names laser cutting and stamping work, with the actual operations agreed for the selected drawing.
Position the internal brackets
Provide the enclosure dimensions, bracket locations and the openings in the walls. Show which internal components need to fit between the brackets and identify the locating surfaces. State whether the quotation includes brackets, fasteners, inserts or the enclosure body alone.
Powder coating is specified, with black, white and custom colors. Identify the required surface condition inside and outside the box. Mounting and electrical-contact surfaces, where applicable to the design, need their own finishing instructions.
Quotation package
Supply PDF and STEP/STP files with the current revision, material grade and thickness. The listed minimum is 100 pieces. Define inspection of internal positions and mounting interfaces, plus individual-packing requirements; the photograph does not establish a standard equipment fit or enclosure rating.
