A powder coated sheet metal box should be specified as a complete enclosure design, including the surfaces that remain visible and the edges that meet other parts. Plan the coated enclosure surfaces

Set out the box dimensions and access

Hole positions, edge distances and the chosen sheet thickness should be confirmed for the actual part before cutting or stamping is agreed.
Make the drawing package order-ready
Send the latest STEP or STP model with a PDF drawing when dimensional notes are needed. State the steel grade, order quantity and coating requirements for each enclosure component. The stated minimum order quantity is 100, and individual packing is available; confirm how the powder coated boxes should be separated and identified for the intended assembly workflow.
