S2410 is a custom mining chain-connection enquiry covering the ring and connector configuration defined for the project. The examples show several connecting forms rather than one universal connection. Dimensions are customer-defined, with forging, machining where needed and surface treatment forming the manufacturing discussion.
Choose the ring or flat connector configuration
Identify the required form and provide the S2410 drawing for that component. Show the opening geometry, joint arrangement and the interfaces to the mating chain. Confirm the ordered supply as a specific connection assembly, including any associated locking parts, instead of treating the example range as a standard interchangeable set.
Set the material and acceptance package
Specify the ferrous material grade, heat-treatment requirements and the qualification evidence needed for the intended mining use. Agree which features require machining and which surfaces receive painting, powder coating or oxidation. Any strength designation, working load or service-life requirement needs measured acceptance for the ordered design.
For the S2410 quotation, include the component drawing revision, quantity and inspection documents. Resolve the required connection type, supplied parts and application criteria together before approving the finished ring or flat connector.
