The illustrated S2306 examples have ring-shaped bodies with central openings and stepped profiles. This custom plastic injection molding enquiry provides PA66, PP, ABS and PC material options, with size and color defined for the order. The photographs help identify the shape to discuss, but they do not establish the material, dimensions or operating function of a finished ring.
Specify the ring profile and mating surfaces
Provide a sectioned drawing showing the bore, outer profile, overall depth and any shoulders or internal steps. Mark the S2306 ring dimensions that control its position in the intended assembly. Do not assume that a visually similar component is a bearing, seal or universal replacement; confirm the actual application and supplied-part requirements in the design brief.
Choose the resin for the intended conditions
State the required PA66, PP, ABS or PC grade and the conditions relevant to the molded ring. The dark appearance of the examples does not identify a resin or prove an elastomeric composition. Agree the color reference, matte surface and any cutting or painting operations for the actual order, together with the dimensions inspected after those operations.
