The illustrated section has several rectangular cavities, a raised vertical region and an internal diagonal web. Define the complete cross-section and wall thicknesses, including the surfaces used to locate the profile in a frame.
Specify the alloy and temper for the required extrusion. The 2024 wording in the original title does not identify the material of the example; the parameter choices name 6061 and 6063. A 2024-alloy request needs separate review.
Tooling and subsequent machining
Provide cut length, quantities and any CNC holes, slots or end features. Identify whether new extrusion tooling is part of the enquiry, rather than interpreting open-die wording as a verified forging process. Include finish and inspection criteria for the chamber and frame interfaces.
