The illustrated part has a rectangular base and closely arranged parallel fins. Define the overall width, fin height, spacing and base thickness, with the cut length needed for the installation.
6063 profile and black-finish requirements
For a 6063 aluminum extrusion enquiry, specify the temper and section drawing. If black anodizing is required, include the finish specification and identify contact or mounting surfaces that need a particular treatment or masking.
Provide the heat-source footprint, available clearance and the mounting arrangement. Include the intended airflow conditions and thermal design requirement rather than choosing a profile from appearance alone. Mark secondary machining, fixing holes and any critical interface dimensions, then add quantities and the drawing revision.
